“Thy Kingdom Come” – supported by Pope Francis

This remarkable short video presentation shows Pope Francis in support of the Church of England’s programme of Evangelisation – ‘Thy Kingdom Come’, which was launched under the auspices of the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2018.

The fact that no less a world spiritual leader than His Holiness Pope Francis, Head of the Roman Catholic Church, has interested himself in this evangelistic campaign by the Church of England ought ot inspire all Anglicans to take seriously the content of his message.

On a personal note – concerning the convergence of Anglican/Roman Catholic co-operation – I found the hospitality of two Roman Catholic priests on board our cruise ship recently to be most encouraging. I was most impressed with their ready willingness to share in their celebration of the Sacrament of Holy Communion with me and my wife Diana (and other non-R.C.s) on board the ship. Warm conversation resulted from our meeting and shared worship which served to remind us that we are all co-members of the Body of Christ. Deo Gratias!
